Coastal Mercantile was founded in 1997 by Managing Director Graham Vose, who has worked in this industry for over 30 years. We specialise in process serving, repossessions, field calls, skip tracing, lock-ups and debt collection. With 30 years of experience within the industry, covering all cities and regional areas across Australia and New Zealand, you can rest assured you are making the right choice. Coastal Mercantile is a Quality Assured Company, we use a Quality Management System and continually improve our effectiveness with the requirements of this International Standard.

Coastal Mercantile have a dedicated field agents and administrative teams to work on ensuring the highest satisfaction of our clients. Our quality field agents work across the greater Melbourne area including north, south, east and west of Melbourne. In addition, we have also developed relationships with a network of agencies throughout Australia, ensuring higher capacity and increased ability to service our clients.
All administration staff and field agents are strictly trained in compliance and are well aware of the Uniform Consumer Credit Code (UCCC), The Privacy Act, Debt Collection Guidelines and ACCC Guidelines. Our team members are also covered by public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
